The Sommark
Precision Sizer (Thickness/width separator) was developed for size separation of
various grains. This machine is widely used at
various large-scale rice mills and grain processing
plants to produces higher quality products because
it can separate broken grain or immature easily
and efficiently.
The screen of machine is designed to use corrugated
long hole cylinder for sizing of grain. The thinner
grain/ black grain which is size less then the
hole of the cylinder is discharged and screw
collector diverts carried large material to the
end of the cylinder discharge system.
For
the cleaning of the screen the incorporation
of antic logging device the screen (Cylinder)
are kept clean all the times . This machine
is very easy to operate & change of the screen
can be done by the one man.
